NO PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT YOUR SONGS OR RECEIVE YOUR PREVIEW.

If you decide to purchase the finished production after hearing your preview, payment will be due before final delivery.

Payment is accepted through secure credit/debit card payment through Stripe.

International orders are welcome. Orders outside the United States add $5 USD per submitted song.

Song Production Agreement

1. Production Service

Desert Wave Music LLC will create a finished music production based on original material supplied by the client.

2. Original Songs Only

Submitted lyrics, melody, recordings and other material must be the client's original work or material the client has permission to use. Unauthorized cover songs or third-party copyrighted music may not be submitted.

3. Production Direction

The client may request an expected genre for each song. If no genre is entered, Desert Wave Music LLC may select the arrangement, instrumentation and production direction.

4. Lyrics & Approval

For songs submitted with complete lyrics, production will use the lyrics the client confirms on this form. If the client asks Desert Wave Music LLC to create lyrics from a song idea or theme, the created lyrics must be approved by the client before sample production begins. Lyric changes requested after approval may require a new production and may result in musical or performance differences.

5. Free Preview

Desert Wave Music LLC may prepare the production and provide a 30–60 second finished preview. If the client does not wish to purchase the production after hearing the preview, no production fee is owed.

6. Payment & Delivery

No payment is required to submit a project or receive the preview. If the client chooses to purchase the finished production, full payment is required before complete finished production files are delivered. Payment is accepted through secure credit/debit card payment through Stripe.

7. What You Receive

After payment, the client will receive a finished mastered WAV file, an MP3 file and one reasonable revision round for minor adjustments.

8. Ownership

The client retains ownership of the client's original songwriting, lyrics and melody. Submission of a song does not transfer the client's songwriting or publishing ownership to Desert Wave Music LLC.

9. Voices & Permission

The client confirms they have permission to use every person's voice or recording supplied. Desert Wave Music LLC will not knowingly clone or imitate an identifiable person's voice without appropriate authorization.

10. Language & Length

Songs containing lyrics or vocals must be in English. Instrumental songs are accepted. Songs must be under six minutes unless otherwise approved in advance.

11. Package Pricing

All songs qualifying for multi-song pricing must be submitted together as part of the same project and order. Orders outside the United States add $5 USD per submitted song.

12. Email Verification

The email address supplied with the project must be verified before the project becomes active. Verification helps Desert Wave Music LLC confirm that project communications are being sent to a valid customer email address.
